TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR BIG BELL REWARDS

This Loyalty Program is the Reward Program of (“Taco Bell, India ”). By participating in this Program, you (the “Customers”) are deemed to fully and unconditionally agree and accept to abide by these terms and conditions as well as the decision of Taco Bell, India which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Program.

I, We, Our, Us refers to Taco Bell, India

You, Your, They, Their refers to Customers.

Name – “Big Bell Rewards”

1. Customers would be auto registered in the “Big Bell Rewards” program when they share their mobile/ phone number at a Taco Bell store while ordering or register and login to the Taco Bell app.
2. A Loyalty Account will be created in customer’s name to record bells to be earned or redeemed by the customer.
3. Upon registering for Big Bell Rewards, customers will be awarded a welcome bonus of 1000 Bells.
4. Customer can earn Loyalty bells at all Taco Bell, India stores and online at Taco Bell app.
5. Loyalty bells are personal to a customer and cannot be transferred to anybody else. Loyalty bells can only be and earned and redeemed in accordance to the defined process.
6. Taco Bell, India reserves the right to

   a. stop issuing Loyalty Bells at any time if it decides to withdraw/ terminate the Loyalty Programme.

   b. alter or amend the terms and conditions of operation of the Loyalty Programme.

   c. withdraw or cancel the Loyalty Program and/or the bells (including but not limited to the redemption and issue of such) and/or Loyalty Account

HOW TO COLLECT BELLS AND REDEEM REWARDS

1. To collect bells for a transaction in Taco Bell restaurant, customer must share their registered mobile number at the time of purchase. Bells would be directly added to your account for a transaction on our app.
2. Customer must spend at least Rs. 350 (excluding taxes and Delivery/ Packaging charges and/or any other charges of similar nature) in one transaction to qualify for 1000 Bells. The number of bells awarded can be altered/modified at the sole discretion of Taco Bell, India. Customer can accumulate 1000 bells after spending Rs 350 in a transaction once every 3 hours.
3. Taco Bell, India reserves the right to offer bonus bells on certain products / activities as selected from time to time at its sole discretion.
4. Bells will usually be added to your Loyalty Account in 24-48 hours after successful transaction. Bells cannot be redeemed until added to your Loyalty Account.
5. Rewards can be unlocked/redeemed by accumulating defined number of Bells as mentioned below:

   a. Fiesta Taco (Veg & Non Veg) – 3000 Bells

   b. Crispy Potato Wrap and Crispy Chicken Wrap – 3000 Bells

   c. Butter Chicken Taco and Makhni Paneer Taco – 6000 Bells

   d. Big Bell Box Veg, Naked Chicken Taco – 9000 Bells

6. Customers need to spend bells according to the benchmark of the products.
7. By redeeming 3000 bells, customers can select Soft Taco veg/Nonveg.
8. By redeeming 3000 bells, customers can choose Crispy Potato Wrap and Crispy Chicken Wrap.
9. By redeeming 6000 bells, customers can choose Butter Chicken Taco and Makhni Paneer Taco.
10. By redeeming 9000 bells, customers are eligible for the Big Bell Box veg and Naked chicken Taco.

In case the customer wishes to redeem the Rewards only without any additional purchase of products through the Taco Bell App, delivery/packaging charges shall be applicable as per the location of the Customer and as per the policy of the Company. However, in case the customer redeems the Rewards at the Taco Bell Stores, no charges whatsoever shall be applicable.

Rewards offers can be modified or removed at the discretion of Taco Bell, India

In case of unavailability of rewards while redeeming the rewards, the bells utilized towards the rewards will be reverted back to the Loyalty account.

Bells are valid for a period of 6 (Six) months from the day the bells were earned and would expire if not redeemed during the defined period.

In case of Dine In , the Customer shall be entitled to redeem the bells post confirmation of the OTP with the Taco Bell store. In case the customer confirms the OTP and thereafter decides to cancel the order and/or not redeem the bells , the customer shall place a request to credit back the bells not redeemed with the Taco Bell store and the same shall be credited to the account of the customer within 24- 48 hours of placing the request.

Bells accumulated are and shall remain the property of Taco Bell, India & have no cash redemption value, are not for resale or publication and the same shall not be transferred to any other customers and are valid in India only.

If accumulated Bells are lost or stolen no replacements will be given to the customers and no request shall be entertained in this regard.

Taco Bell , India reserves the right to withdraw the “Big Bell Rewards” Programme at any point of time without prior notice or intimation to anyone.

OTHERS

1. Customers are responsible for the security of their Loyalty Bells along-with the security of their Loyalty Account including the transactions /redemption of bells made using their Loyalty Bells.
2. Customer(s) should not share their Loyalty Account, username and password with anyone, including to Taco Bell, India or its staff. If customer(s) losses their Bells or finds out that an unauthorised person has secured their security code, password or Loyalty Account including but not limited to any stolen mobile, stolen/share app credentials and/or stolen identity etc., in such case Taco Bell, India shall not be responsible for the same and no bells will be reimbursed to the customer(s). The Customer(s) shall be solely responsible for keeping their details/ credentials confidential.
3. In case of any ambiguity with respect to this Loyalty Program and the terms and conditions thereto, decision of Taco Bell shall be final and binding.
4. Customers hereby agree that disputes, if any, will be subject to Indian laws and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

By entering into this Loyalty Program, Customers indemnify Taco Bell and any of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agencies from any liability whatsoever, and waive any and all causes of action, related to any liability, claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not arising out of or in connection with this Loyalty Program.
